Visit to the chiropractor

The other day we fitted a (cream) blackout roller blind in Fiona Jacobs consulting room at the Bury St Edmunds Chiropractic Clinic. (Blackout blinds dont have to be black)

I have a problem with my shoulder and visited the clinic for an appointment with Fiona. During the consultation Fiona scanned the poorly shoulder. The blackout blind didnt make the room completely black but it reduced the light level in the room significantly which allowed us to see the tendons and muscles on the screen much more clearly.

It was very satisfying and unusual for me see our blackout roller blinds  providing a solution to a problem in the work place.

Fiona tells me that the shoulder has only sustained minor damage and that she can fix it. Soon I hope!

So now we can buy vertical blinds, roller blinds, venetian blinds and pleated blinds, and get them locally, in bury st edmunds.

Ive just hooked our sons bike up to my bike. Its called a tag a long. It was his birthday present. we’ve been out a couple of times so far, and each time, it aggravates my bad back. We only went 4.7miles, im used to going much further than this in the woods around Brandon. There are lots of trails in the Thetford forest around Brandon. Cant go out with my bad back, and im missing it :-(
